Session Policies + Agreements

Every session is approached with care, intention, preparation, and deep respect for the sacredness of this work.

Please read through the following policies before scheduling. By booking a session, you are agreeing to these terms and helping create a container that supports clarity, mutual respect, and the best possible experience for everyone involved.

For privacy and safety reasons, initial in-person sessions are available to women and established clients. New male clients are welcome to schedule by Zoom or phone for their first appointment.

The Nature of This Work

My work is intuitive, spiritual, and energetic in nature. While many clients experience profound transformation, clarity, healing, and validation through sessions, no specific outcome can ever be guaranteed.

All sessions are intended for personal insight, spiritual support, self-awareness, and growth. They are not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or veterinary care and advice.

You are always responsible for your own choices, interpretations, and decisions following a session.

All services are offered for entertainment purposes only.

Session Preparation + Sacred Space

Every private session includes energetic preparation before we meet. I spend intentional time connecting, meditating, and preparing for your session prior to our appointment time.

Because of this, scheduled appointments are held as reserved sacred time.

Please arrive grounded, present, and ready to fully participate in your session experience.

Privacy + One-on-One Sessions

Unless otherwise specified, all private sessions are intended to be one-on-one experiences, including Animal Services.

If you would like another person present during your reading or healing session, this must be discussed and approved beforehand. Additional participants are an extra energetic exchange and require more preparation and channeling space.

Additional approved participants are $125 per person.

Children, pets, or unapproved guests may not attend private sessions unless previously discussed and approved.

Phone, Zoom + In-Person Sessions

Phone and Zoom sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Energy is not limited by physical distance.

For phone readings within the U.S. and Canada, I will call the number provided at the time of booking.

For Zoom appointments, a meeting link will be provided before your session.

If an in-person session becomes impossible due to weather, illness, emergencies, unsafe travel conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the appointment may be moved to phone or Zoom instead.

Cancellation + Reschedule Policy

I deeply value and protect the energetic, emotional, and physical time that goes into this work, and I ask clients to honor that space as well.

Private appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Parties, events, and group appointments require 5 days notice for any changes.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours notice. A $50 rescheduling fee applies to moved appointments.

Additional reschedule requests for the same appointment are not permitted.

Appointments canceled, changed, or missed within 48 hours cannot be rescheduled. Instead, the reserved session time will be honored as a remote Intuitive Energy Healing session.

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact me with your name, appointment date/time, and a brief message as soon as possible.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can fully honor the session space and time reserved for you.

If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session will be considered a missed appointment and the reserved session time will instead be completed as a remote Intuitive Energy Healing session.

Refund Policy

Because of the energetic preparation, time reserved, and subjective nature of intuitive work, all payments are final.

Often, information and insight from a session continue unfolding long after the appointment itself. Clients frequently find that messages gain clarity and meaning over time.

For this reason, refunds are not offered for completed services.

If I must cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Emotional Responsibility + Session Readiness

This work can be emotionally profound and spiritually activating.

I reserve the right to pause, reschedule, or decline a session if I feel:

the connection is not clear
continuing may cause emotional harm
a client is not in an appropriate emotional or psychological state for the work
aggressive, confrontational, or disrespectful behavior is present

My intention is always to create a supportive, grounded, and safe experience for everyone involved.

Website + Privacy

Any information shared through this website, newsletters, contact forms, bookings, or sessions is kept private and handled with care.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
