Join us for this very special Valentine Day event to connect you with your heart and the spirit of the horse. Just a few days after this event will be a Solar eclipse marking the start of the year of the Fire Horse in Chinese astrology and a new karmic cycle. We will be tapping into this energy for alignment, healing and inspiration.
This month our session will be an extra 20 minutes to include a workshop to learn about the energy of Spirit Horse, the power it holds and wisdom it imparts. During our guided meditation we will invite this great teacher into our lives to share its gifts in a unique way with each of us. Awaken your heart, Awaken your Soul, Awaken to your divinity.

Energy Healing
During the group Energy Healing and Guided Meditation I will focus on reharmonizing, rejuvenating and activating each person's energy field, while clearing negative energy and blocks. Each participant will have the opportunity to set their own unique intention for their healing.
The Energy Healing has the ability to support the body, mind and soul.
It can support you to reestablish your center, release what no longer serves you, boost your immune system, release physical and emotional pain, reduce anxiety and depression, and create an overall sense of relief and wellbeing.

Earthing
Earthing, a practice for grounding our energy, is the practice of connecting your body (and energy field) to the Earth's natural electric charge. This can be done by walking barefoot on the ground, lying in the grass, or using a grounding system.
Earthing can have many health benefits (there is currently a lot of research studying the effects), including:
improving wound healing, reducing inflammation, pain, and stress, improving blood flow, energy, and sleep, boosting the immune system, alleviating anxiety and depression, and more!
This time of year in MN we become increasingly disconnected from the earth and generally experience more of the issues listed above.
During this session you will have your hands and feet on the earth in a warm, indoor environment! A special privilege this season in MN!
Horse Healing
Horses have incredible healing energy that researchers are now studying more in depth!
Their unique energetic frequency, coherent heart beat and magnetic field (which is stronger the a human) have been proven to positively effect a human's emotional and even physical wellbeing.
Beau and Nola, our two horses, will join us from their stalls to lend their healing energy. There will be barn kittens to help as well!

FAQ
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Yes! This is great for all ages! We do sit or lay the whole time and are quiet for the hour to respect the other guests.
I HAVE ANIMAL AND HAY ALERGIES, DO YOU THINK THEY WILL BOTHER ME?
The event is in an enclosed barn with the horses and cats...and some of our hay storage. If allergy medication alleviates your symptoms then this could be worth considering. If you have more severe allergies this may not be an event you will want to participate in.
ARE THERE CHAIRS?
We do have a few chairs if needed. Participants are encouraged to bring a personal sized towel or yoga mat to roll up and sit on.
CAN WE INTERACT WITH THE ANIMALS?
Yes, the cats make their rounds to say hi to people during the healing. You are welcome to pet the horses before and after the event.
