Join us on the New Moon in Libra for an experience of empowerment, connection, and adventure to move beyond ego based fear into a place of trust for yourself. Libra is a sign of harmony, balance, connecting to others and integrating the spiritual existence with our human experience. Beautiful energy to work with owning our power and moving beyond limitations!
Nourish
Our half day adventure starts with a gourmet breakfast made from scratch by a professional chef. We will source as many ingredients as we can from farmers markets and local farms to support our community! There will be gluten free and vegetarian options. Plus, we will provide some tasty homemade snacks to sustain you during our outdoor adventure!
Expand
Learn the gift of fear and discerning it from the ego fear that stands in your way. This workshop will explore your personal relationship with fear, how it has personally effected you and ways that you can navigate your life with both. We will also be exploring vulnerability and how it is a superpower!
Heal
A mini group Energy Healing will help remove fear blocks. Plus, we will shift your momentum from fear to courage so you can apply it to your life.
Empower
Lets have some fun and push our limits by having a real adventure at Kerfoot Canopy Tours in Henderson, MN...Ziplining! Adrenaline and beauty await as we soar over a mile across 14 zip lines above the Minnesota River Valley. We will also be crossing a 170 foot suspension bridge and climbing a massive spiral staircase with beautiful views of the forest in this remote and breathtaking locale. This romp in the tree canopy is approximately 2-3 hours long.
(Requirements: Weigh 70-250 pounds, no pregnant adventurers)
